Lawyer Father, Racer Son

Thanks to my past samskara, I was born to a Lawyer father and Spiritual mother in Agra. I did my primary schooling in Agra.

I still cherish the Annual ceremony at school where I was awarded the Best Boy of my school. I loved to race and won a few championships before my studies won the race.

My father started his legal career in 1976 in Agra and later shifted to Delhi.

I didn’t know much about what to do with life. After the 12th board, my father suggested pursuing law, and I concurred with a BA LLB at Law Faculty College under Aligarh Muslim University. I was a rank holder there and a proud law graduate, only to learn that college education and real life are light years apart.

The Pursuit of Nyaya

I started practicing at my father’s firm. Driven by my curiosity and dreams, the initial days of the court felt like decrypting a complex form of communication. I kept asking questions, and learning has never stopped since.

By 2012, I had worked on enough criminal cases with positive outcomes. It was time to take the next conscious leap: a new role as an Of-Counsel at DSK Legal. More surprises awaited me as I learned my limitations, and it was immense exposure to the judiciary system. My senior, Ravi Prakash, was instrumental in my learning journey at DSK Legal.

In 2015, it was time for another significant change. My father’s health was deteriorating, and I felt it was time to own my time and start my practice. I understood deeply how a lawyer’s commitment to Satya (truth) goes beyond mere evidence in a world of misinformation. It’s about uncovering the truth with meticulous inquiry, ensuring justice is served by the law and factual accuracy.

From Courtroom to Consciousness

For profound changes to occur, you need to be receptive to the spiritual nudges we keep getting.

2023 was a turning point in my life. I have been a self-trained meditator for years. Destiny took me on a pilgrimage to Kashi Vishwanath, Varanasi, and Ujjain; I discovered a deeper connection between law and the timeless principles of Dharma, Satya, and Nyaya. As if I had woken up from a dream, these spiritual experiences opened a floodgate of deeper realization. My thirst for profound meaning led me to drench myself in the sacred love of Neem Karoli Baba, broadening my vision, and it was the time I searched for a guru for proper diksha. I was lucky to be blessed by the guidance of my Revered Guruji.

As the meditations became deeper, my vision became more precise. I realized I had a bigger purpose to fulfill.

The Quest to Empower

After 20 years of hard-core legal practice, it is time for me to be that empathic listener and guide who empowers advocates to be strong pillars of the judiciary system.

Law practice, just like medical practice, is more than bookish knowledge. The gap I experienced is why lawyers lose years and face financial desperation. There is no training that makes you ready for the real world.

Legal practice is about upholding human dignity by ensuring justice is served with fairness, truth, and a commitment to the greater good.

There are no prescriptive ways to solve the problems faced by advocates. It is a process where I share with you strategies, mental models, and scientific ways to make your journey as a Lawyer meaningful and spontaneous,

With you, dear visitor, and Kal Bhairav as the witness, I begin my quest to revolutionize the judiciary system.
